Towards Personalized Connectomic DBS for OCD

Brian H. Kopell, MD, a functional neurosurgeon who has pioneered the use of deep brain stimulation (DBS) to treat various movement and psychiatric disorders, presents work researching the use of connectomics during DBS procedures to target specific areas of the brain when treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients, creating a hyper-personalized approach to treatment.
