Yes. So the enclosed device is actually a very neat device. It's a multi function anesthesia delivery device that also closes the ports very cool. It goes right down the patrol car. And the nice thing is that uses the bottom as a reference. So they've shown that if you can inject anesthesia right into that deep layer, you get a significant pain reduction. So with this device, once you press it, you put the anesthesia and it goes right in there. This is actually a case and you can see the bulging that happens with the anesthesia right around the ports is really phenomenal. So you get good pain control. Once you're done, what you do is you go ahead and you press completely down and those needles penetrate the fascia perfectly symmetrical. Now this is really nice. It's a 43 B. M. My patient look at the bowel right up against it. If you really don't have any needles exposed. The current way they use these needles. If you have this patient with those needles, you have a really hard time closing. This sport is really phenomenal. Now the nice thing is once you push it down, you pass a guide wire through and then a suit or any future you like you put it through. Once you pull it, the suture stays right at the bottom and you can close that portal. And the key is that even in a big patient doesn't matter how big the closure is always at the bottom. And the great thing about it is that you have the two needles always symmetrical. So you don't get a big bite and a little bit, you get a real consistent bite on both sides. And you can see this from cases every time the bite is the same and that's because You have 180° From the center with the current ways. And this is actually from one of the current passers. You can see the tenting, you can see the difficulty, you can actually see here, look, look, it's about to hit the bowel, which is amazing. And then they will miss the defect because what happens is even a little bit of a mist from one needle to the other with this. You don't worry about that. You always get 100%. And then another great part about this is like I said, capturing only the bottom of the tissue in a big obese patient is very hard to get dimpling. You get a lot of problems with capturing too much tissue because you're coming from the top with this. You never worry about it. And so the nice thing is a big defect. You can go right back in and deliver another one. The great thing is cost effective and it's amazing device and it's actually going to save patients pain and problems and closure. It's really great called and close. And this is actually a very quick demo basically you take it stick it in, pops open, put it through, then you organize it, put it, squeeze it. Now, those needles have not penetrated. You go ahead and you can inject onto the top of it. It's gonna put that down there. Then you flip this down, go all the way needles are through. Then there's this guide wire that we give you basically you put it on any one of the holes. What it does is it goes all the way around once it comes out completely, there's a little loop right in there, pass the feed the future through, put it through, pull the future through, no problem. Top the needles. Never any needles even bowel anywhere straight now pull it through, bam perfect closure right into the center. And it's always nice and they're so it's very easy to use, very effective. There you go.
