A 57-year-old man presented to a referring hospital with right upper quadrant pain, fever and elevated liver chemistries. An ERCP was performed and multiple large stones were identified in the cystic duct; consistent with the diagnosis of Mirizzi’s Syndrome. Unfortunately, the cystic duct stones could not be removed laparoscopically, and patient was referred to our center for a second attempt at endoscopic stone removal using cholangioscopy with EHL.
