Reviewing the findings of ASCO 2017, Tara C. Gangadhar, MD, presents an update on adjuvant therapies for melanoma and the treatment of melanoma-associated metastatic disease (with a focus on brain metastasis) as well as a review of anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody therapy for patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Therapies discussed include ipilimumab (alone and in combination with nivolumab), pembrolizumab, and REGN2810.
