Dr. Sahai is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the GI Division at the University of Montréal Hospital Center or CHUM. He is a globally recognized thought leader in the world of endoscopic ultrasound and has received numerous awards from the ASGE and the American College of Gastroenterology. CHUM is one of the busiest centers for endoscopic ultrasound, performing more than 2,600 procedures annually with an internationally recognized EUS training program. Dr. Sahai has trained more than 500 physicians globally across 5 continents and has published more than 200 papers and book chapters. He is a graduate of McGill University and completed his medical degree at Université de Montréal. Dr. Sahai completed fellowships at Hôpital St Luc and MUSC.
